Harrington's Function Terms
The Function Room at Harrington's is available for private parties and meetings. It accomodates 20 to 60 people. Prices do not include 5% sales tax & 18% Gratuity. There is a $75 Room Fee. Children under 10 are half price. View or print our updated function menu.
Bar Service
Bar Service is optional at no extra charge. Open Bar is based on consumption
with 18% gratuity added to total. Cocktails are not available until 12:00noon
on Sundays.
Bereavement Receptions
Harrington's has a special bereavement menu and
terms for a brunch or luncheon buffet.
Function Time Slots
- Breakfast Buffet Served no later than 10:30AM
- Brunch Buffet Served until 3:00PM
- Cold Lunch Buffet Served until 3:00PM
- Luncheon Buffet Served until 3:00PM
- Buffet Hors D'Oeuvres, Light Hors D'Oeuvrs, and Pre-Dinner Hors D'oeuvres Available any time
- Seated Dinner and Dinner Buffet times may be arranged with the function manager to suit your occasion.
- Accompaniments and Desserts may be served with all menus.
Decorations, Food, and Beverages
Table linens and centerpieces are available. Decorations
are subject to approval. Shower umbrellas, candles, sparkles and confetti
are prohibited. The
use of nails, tape, tacks, etc. to any wall, ceiling or fixture is prohibited. Harrington's
does not allow food or beverages to be brought into Harrington's with the exception
of special occasion cakes.
Sound and Video Connections
The function room is equipped with an iPod connection (cable) to our high
quality sound system ~ bring your own music selections on your iPod (Harrington's
recorded music selections are also available); a television set with convenient
audio and video connection slots (bring your iPod Photo to show a slideshow
on TV or connect other media sources) . You laptop may be connected to
the TV as well or projected on a wall using your screen. Technical support
may not be available but, if you work with our staff ahead of your function,
we will do our best to accommodate you. Ask the function manager if you
have a special need or question about sound and video matters.
Deposit to Secure Reservation
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required
to hold the function room. The deposit will be credited to your final
bill , which is due prior to the close of your function.
